Storefront and order management for a custom-cookie bakery.

What it is

Kicker Konfections is a custom-cookie bakery in Apex, North Carolina. I built its public storefront and its internal order-management tools. Customers can buy scheduled cookie drops, pay through Square, request custom orders, and browse past work.

The private side handles products, drops, orders, printable bake sheets, pickup schedules, custom quotes, payment links, notifications, and email digests.

The problem

Most e-commerce platforms assume steady inventory, shipping, and conventional checkout. This bakery releases scheduled drops, takes custom orders through conversation, and offers local pickup. I built the site around those requirements. It's also my family's bakery, so I hear about problems quickly.

The back office

Most of the work is behind the storefront: generating bake sheets, scheduling pickups, quoting custom orders, collecting payments through one-time links, and reconciling Square webhooks.
